what is the difference between the different astrology do they not all deal with the same number of plants and signs

Western astrology is using Sun , Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn , Uranus , Neptune and Pluto.

Vedic Astrology is not using Uranus , Neptune and Pluto. There are also many differences between vedic and western astrology.
