actually what is it

Yes , you can be the same Sagittarius or capricon...it depends a lot on location of birth and timing, because on 20 december 1980 the sun moved from sagitarius to capricorn...So if you want more details just say!

Just to note that Western Astrology is base on western time and calender. It is not 100% work on Asia time. You might need to have a look the time of born which can tell you actual sign.

Agree with the other poster who said you would need to look at your birth time and your birth location. The sun moves from sign to sign on different days at different times each year. It truly depends on what time and location you were born.

Give us your birth time as well as the location and let's see what we get.
