I've been studing astrology since and now i'm trying to read my horoscope, but the programs i'm using are giving me different readings. I'm using stellarium and vocation, and the planets have different positions. Can someone help me with my planet positions or direct me to the right program. My details are

software mentioned above in the subject gives two different sets of information.circular depiction of signs and stars posted
is different than what is recorded in the side chart.due to this confusion it is not possible to read or understand correctly the
natal chart.it is the request that somebody may explain this ambiguity

IMHO about Astro programs

Post by mysticvirgo » Fri Jan 08, 2010 1:33 pm

There are very few freeware astrology programs available on the internert.  Astrocalc is good, but the Clairvision Virtual Astrologer is outstanding.  They aso have outstanding instructional astrology videos.

Please visit this: http://mysticboard.org/vi ... p?p=261530 if you are interested in Purple Star Astrology. Sorry because this post is placed at Western Astrology. So I'd better not post more. Else the post might be deleted.

Cairvision.  The animaed chart. Not crazy about the interpretions. Longer than even I care to read.  Free , too. Always appeals to my virgo thriftiness
