This might sound like a weird question but I have never really understood the concept of intercepted houses or how that would be interpreted...
From your explanation, it didn't sound too awful, but the 2nd house had me wondering about financial stuff. What if you changed the ceremony time to 4:55 instead of 5:15... That puts the 3rd and 9th in interception I think though... Is there a major difference between having 2 & 8 intercepted as opposed to 3 & 9?

August 29 in the afternoon. As you can see
from the green line 3:40 pm is the best and
then this trails away till about 4:36 pm.
Another good time is 5:30 pm to 5:55 pm.
I would avoid the red line times if at all
possible.
Any particular time can be analyzed
but at least you have some idea of the influences
involved for that afternoon.
