Be sure of one thing....if Astrology, or any other trade, would show any benefit in trade or gambling, then it would have been pursued and common known.
On the other hand....if Astrology, or any other trade had such abilities....then there would be no use for you to buy your new stock, because the majority would know when to buy and when to sell, and there would be no or little earning from it...then maybe you earn more to lend your money to a bank...which you through Astrology...or any other trade...would know was safe...so you would never loose your money.....IF it was so easy

I am not sure one can easily answer the question of the
best time to trade without some history of winning
and loosing trades...
One can answer a question like which stock is best
for an individual to trade ( comparing the natal chart of the
person to that of the company ) and once having
found that company that one should trade then secondly
finding whether the stock goes up or down so as to trade
long or short or whatever strategy you are familiar
with.
For example, some astro traders say that the position
of the current Jupiter transit should conjunct the
first trade chart's Sun of a potentially good company
for you to invest in. There are far more complex
mechanisms in selecting a company by its
chart... such as ensuring the company itself
is not going to go bankrupt or have a sudden
downturn.
LCdr David Williams wrote the most easily usable
book but there are other books like McWhirter and
so on...
Generally, intraday trading is far more difficult in astrological
terms as there is not that much moving in the sky from
day to day to account for rapid fluctuations although
some advanced techniques do exist that with care yield
very good results. Generally speaking, one trades
over at least a few days - buy say on Monday and
sell on say Friday or possibly a week or two more as
you should know the price on the Monday of buying and the
sell price on the Friday. Of course trading over months
is relatively easy as so many planets duplicate past
aspects so we can see what they will do now..
For example Transiting Pluto squares Natal Venus and a particular
stock goes down. Lets say this happens 8 times - ok !!
so we if we see this coming up we can reasonably expect this
to occur unless other aspects are on that day. if there are
other aspects then check what they did before to this
stock and add or subtract the influence appropriately
and one should know what the price will do that day...
This is a vast subject ... havnt even talked of planetary
lines for example - but something to think of to
start :)
