The man is cusp Virgo/Libra and the woman is an Aquarius. I would have to see a chart on this. But if you insist on just sun signs? The Aquarius will make the Virgo insane. Depends on too many things to be any more detailed than that. Even if the man were more Libra than Virgo, the Aquarius would cause too much upheaval for the Libra since they like everything balanced.
