What means to have AC ruler retrograde . I have mercury R in sco,2nd house.

So you mean that your Ascendant Ruler is Gemini/Virgo ...as both Gemini and Virgo are rulers of Mercury??

what is worth looking at is if 7th ruler and 1st ruler are making an easy aspect ie: sextile or trine or some conjunctions. If in hard aspect it can suggest problems.

It's quite common to have mercury retrograde and it will go direct prob well before your 29 years old.
