softweares download issue

I didn't know where else to ask for assistance about the Tarot pro software.

I have tried to download it twice now and all I get is the Uninstall for the program. Nothing to execute the program.

Any assistance you can give me would be appreciated.

Do you have the unlock codes?  could this be preventing you from using it?
