You guys always seem to make me feel better when I'm feeling down...so why not give it a shot?

I think you have to get to a certain stage for it to succeed.  What finally made me pack up was that it had started to take control of my life, I went on holiday to Paris, and you couldn't smoke on the coach, we were on the coach for 4 hours and it spoilt the holiday because I missed all the beautiful scenery I couldn't concentrate, all I could think was when are we going to get there so I can have a cigarette.  When I came back I thought thats it I have had enough of it controlling my life, I tried to stop myself, but couldn't and then someone told me about this clinic and it worked.   I do admire people who can stop themselves, but I just couldn't make it.

I know of the feeling, I'd love to just quit and never see them again, but it isn't that easy, I know I've tried.
