My best dish is a Chicken Pot Pie with fresh veggies and a beautiful crusty top. But I like to cook all types of foods. Mexican, Italian, Creole. I am not a pro. chef, I just do it for fun.  

The Meade I drink is Bunratty Meade, it's an Irish Meade.

I learn something new everyday. I just found out about Meade a year ago.
I've only made it twice.

No I don't own a wok. I don't like asian/oriental food.

Dhav, it's a metal round/oval pan you usually use to cook/sautee vegis and meats
on real high heat real fast.

Too many to name!  I love cooking.  :D  Ummm...Other than the obvious (garlic), I would say oregano, black pepper or cilatntro.  But speaking of gumbo......file is pretty amazing too! :D

I would have to say that on a rainy day I would watch:

Independence Day, Ghost, Timeline, The Sixth Sense, The Bourne Series.
I like horror movie also, and I would probably watch a couple of them also. I am a movie buff.
