you should take it 3 times a day not 3 at the start of the day...it might give you a posetive overdrive

The aging process steps up quite rapidly after 45 - its more noticeable from this point onwards.  Then there's another big change from 75 onwards - in comparision to a person that hits 80.  I'm not sure if I really want to be around at 90?
