Well....if we shall try...then I would say 7 white and 28 Black.

How?

By concentrate my view on the bottom line I get 4 white dots and 3 dots on the line above....the rest have to be black....so...7/28

Ok am i nuts???  :smt005 whats going on here?  :smt017 am i the only one here that can see Zero black dots? I thought this was a trick question...thats why i said 2 (the tiny dots under the pic) I didn't want to "rain on Samsons parade" LOL... maybe my pc isn't showing the graphics or something  :smt108

Hehehehe....then you might have some strange eye sight.

It's an illusion picture, and it is made so that when you look at a dot it become white....but outside focus they are black....so when you move your eyes you will always see the white dots

In that case it may be due to the fact that (because i have very sensitive (to light) eyes) i have my screen brightness & contrast turned down low Lol :)
