founding a LLC of uppermiddle class business men with established corp credit...having 8 members of the board all with credit...each one being an expert in one related real estate or another..like home instector, architect, construction, banking,agent,appaiser,and a marketing guy....go to the bank with this founding LLC.....buy a house no money down fix it up and sell it..and continue the process until I am on a beach in jamaica with my 8 VERY RICH friends....the other thought I was having was why do I have to have this money it is just an illusion a way of feeling more comfortable..and seeking comfort or pleasure is usually seen by most philosophy as being counterproductive for enlightenment..what a conflicting existance this society presents...
