Please read my palm (Strange looking inner scar/bump)

Help I got some strange looking inner scar/bumps, I don't know what they are, I was born with them, my left hand also have a scar/bump under jupiter finger.

Also can anyone please give me this palm reading, much help is appreciated thank you very much for your kindness.

I have also got a scar, which makes a straight line under my little finger and that is only because of a hand injury I had when I was a kid. I am pretty sure that the scars on your hand are also a result of an injury as they look exactly like the scar on my hand.
