Your hands are squarish or practical type.Like the business minded type with a strong capacity to earn money.It also shows a successful career.
For relationships, a picture of marriage lines which are located at side of the hand below the little finger would be helpful when there are no indications in other parts of the hand.

Well I am not saying you will have money like that.What I mean is your hand is the practical, business type that is really good/interested in earning money through hard work compared to other types of hands.However due to the sloping line of head, this quality may not be so evident.
Now to the relationship part.I notice that you cannot keep your love relationships(previous and new ones as well) for long.In other words, the affection doesn't last long.Some of these affections may be more in the mind than in reality(due to the sloping headline).I would advise you to be constant in love otherwise it may affect your marriage.

If you look at your bracelets, you will notice that one of them(uppermost) is slightly curving upwards, there are records which say that this means some problem in some internal organ but more so in getting children.Do understand that I am not a doctor and only a doctor can confirm if there is really any problem.Sorry on this one.
