hi!
it is the focus which needs to be corrected.
The focus of your camera is on the floor and the hand has blurred because of this.
Secondly you seem to have put some oily stuff on your palm and clicked the picture.
All this distorts the image of the palm.
If possible cud you post a more clearer image.

Okay, I will take it again in better light.  My line are hard to see so I tried putting baby oil on them...guess it didn't work.  I'm pretty new at this.
