Looks like it is under Jupiter finger.

The first image is faint, but certainly is not a fish sign - The rule is that signs that represent Fish, House etc. should be complete and be prominent enough to be directly visible.
Here, atleast my eyes cannot spot a complete fish sign.
But, my eyes are making a pattern of a highly protective diamond shape. The interpretation, thru my experience is that, this is a protection offered by your ancenstors in the absence of a prominent life line.
As you see the heart line is also connected to this symbol, my line of thought is that this symbol can actually shape you into a  highly spiritual person in later part of life.
