can some one please tell me about career and spirituality and relationship

on my right hand there seems to be a star on saturn and appolo mounts as well as venus
there also seem to be 2 fate lines and 2 sun lines
also there seems to be a line running across palm below headline which looks like a second head line
there is a line goin to mercury is that life line or health line
there also seems to be squares on jupiter
there also seems to be a star on
what does all this and other lines mean???
Can anyone please advice ,i am pretty new to palmistry only know the basics
i have attached my right and left hand pics

There are 2 sun lines on Apollo mount.
The sun line is one of the lines forming the star, so it is not the same as an independent star and may not have the same effect.
I cannot see the star on Saturn and Venus mounts

you have only one headline on each hand.

Line going to mercury is health line.
I cannot see the square on Jupiter.

You should post full image of your palm including fingers and one image of the back of the palm including fingers.

thank you very much for your prompt reply.
i have attached the close up of my full palm front and back
please tell me about my career and spirituality as there has been no progress this year
an both these areas are full of ups and downs
i am 28years old.

also there seems to be a square on jupiter
a star on saturn a girdle of venus and 2 fate lines

please if you be so kind as to elaborate.

Your palms do not look old. I think you are South Indian. Most South Indian palms with slim build look like this.  Such hands are often intellectuals with good academic inclination.
