We have an 18 years limit for readings...sorry.
As your age is 13 I will tell this is a normal feeling in the teens.
Almost all of us will have many crushes in this age area, and hopefully much happiness, but also pain in love not returned.
The best approach must be to try to invite him/her to a cinema...or to a "sodapop" in a nearby "cafe", that is something that gives opportunities to investigate the feelings for each other, but just have in mind that very few find their "life partner" in this age...so take everything as a life experience..and accept that not all people can love you...and never do more then you are comfortable with.
