Hello, I am pretty new to the forum

There is a feeling that perhaps something is unfinished? Trying perhaps to move forward but maybe its not easy because the mind drifts to something that is lost? Maybe some memories can feel empty, but others can bring a more positive afffect, but its easier to remember bad memories ... Perhaps you think of bring in the safe zone and being around others who are in the safe zone, but maybe you want to go outside this, but it feels like indulgence? Perhaps you feel there is a higher meaning to be found, but it's hard to see in the day to day things? Maybe there is a desire to find something spiritual within the physical so that do that something in day to life holds meaning on a deeper level
