Depends what deck you are using.
I disagree with you on the 10 of Wands and the 10 of Cups.
How do you get these interpretations?

I dont know much about three 10's indicating a legal situation. Can you relate to the 'legal situation'?

Would you care to please share your knowledge and wisdom about 10 of Wands and Cups here (in this context)?

Well...actually yes the question and situation is pertaining to a legal situation.

As mentioned in the above post three 10 in a read indicated legal problem according to Jonathan Dee and since the question was related to something legal or repercussion of a legal matter, assumed as much.

However, there can be another aspect to it. If three 10 is related to happy prognosis then there is a chance or indication for me to be happy. For the time being, this is the best outcome even though temporary.

Must admit though that 10 of Wands and Cups (or my interpretation of them) didn't make me feel very hopeful.
