Help! Help! Love tarot reading clarification!!!

I have recently done a horseshoe spread reading with the Hanson-Roberts deck. The question was about a past love interest. We have been apart off and on and there was an older woman he was seeing after me. I did previous readings that told me positive things would come as far as love was concerned. The most recent reading was this:

3. Whats helping-fool (reversed)
4.obstacles to overcome-The Emperor
5.attitudes of others-10 of swords
6.What the Questioner should do-The lovers
7.Outcome-5 of wands

I have my own opinion of what this means, I would like other input! Thanks
