Does the number 310 have any significance for me? For about 2.5 years I see this number everywhere and at random moments. While I've gotten used to it, it still makes me curious.

Only you in the end can determine the possible significance of the number 310 to your own unconscious mind, and I seriously doubt that you will find it's probably highly personal meaning on someone else's site.
Could I please remind you that in numerology the numerals are repeatedly added in order to reduce them to a single digit (with the exception of the master numbers 11, 22 and 33)?
3+1+0 = 4
Place the keywords Life Path Number 4 into any good internet search engine, and see what general personality type is associated with a person having that Life Path or Destiny Number (4). But keep in mind that many of the characteristics listed there may not apply to, or be of any help to you.
It might also be worth giving a Numerologist in the Numerology Reading forum your full date of birth, as well as mentioning the repeated occurrence of the number 310 over the last 2.5 years, in order to get their opinions on this matter as well.
