9 is a humanitarian as jld has mentioned while 7 is the loner.  Too different kinds of energies.  9's can be very dramatic and overly emotional while 7's appear cool or even distant and alone to others.  9's need to learn to be emotionally detached and to let go and 7's need to learn personality skills and to be more open minded and accepting of others' views.  Good Luck.  MLT (Maeve)
