Regarding marrige to your sister I can offer some suggessions.
1. All her workings will be delayed due to rahu and saturn as her ruling planets.

What I have observed regarding multiple marriages or extra relations is the influence of number 14 or 5 in their dob either by addition or subtraction or by single placement & also 4(rahu) or 7(ketu) & sometimes 8(saturn) & 9(mars) for shattering love link.
