Not knowing your cousin, I can't say for sure if he is an 11 or a 2 (and there is nothing wrong with living life as a 2...not everyone can be an 11).  But if after reading the brief description above, you think he might be an 11, let me know, and I will post the Life Path and Expression descriptions for that number as well.  :)
