Yes, it is very much the same with Western to auspicious and inauspicious times.
The problem that is likely causing career stagnation is a saturn square uranus transit. This is kind like tugging in both directions, two steps forward-one step back feeling. There is also a similar transit saturn conj. mars. While one is leaving, the other is approaching, so it isn't going to change very much for awhile. The best advice I can give you is that the approaching saturn conj. mars can make you hold things in until you are ready to blow! This isn't a good way to handle problems, but to balance introspection and caution with a need to act or speak so that it is done in appropriate ways that do not cause worse problems for yourself. In other words, know yourself, so you know when a problem needs to be solved, and make constructive attempts to do that...not waiting until you are reading to throw all away or in a temper.
If this doesn't describe your current feelings, or feelings about to come, then someone near to you is feeling these things. When they explode with anger, be patient and do not escalate the situation with more anger. Kindness, understanding, and a true attempt to hear the other side is what you would want...so give it to others.

Jupiter doesn't mean a profession related to service. Jupiter in the 6th H. would indicate that this is a good time for you in any work-related matters.
The drain to your enthusiasm is because you are holding onto old wounds and lots of unresolved energy. Think of upsets or problems as a suitcase. The more you put into it, the heavier it gets. Now you are carrying it all around, and just the carrying it gets tiring. Why bother to do anything more, you think to yourself, it will just turn out like everything else anyway. So, the drain in energy and enthusiasm. This is the beginnings of depression that should be addressed by you before you lose all energy and enthusiasm for life.
Although you won't feel like it, start walking or jogging a little a few times a week. When you are upset, resolve it! Life doesn't let us always resolve things as we are compelled to do what others' want many times, like bosses and those we can't confront for some reason. But, talking things over with those who harm you or upset you is a good thing to do, even if they seem unapproachable. If they listen to you, and want to work to change things, then you will know that they value you...if they are not willing to talk it over, then you will know that they don't value you or care about you, so it's time to move on and put yourself into a better atmosphere and surrounded by people who care and respect you.

The things that you used to enjoy and do can gradually be ignored or procrastinated because we become overwhelmed by things in life. Even when you don't feel like it, make time for the things you enjoy. Paying attention to other things (perhaps music or sports or art) is like a prayer to ourselves, respecting who we are, and the things we enjoy. Without these things, life becomes very dreary. So make sure you do some of these things often, even when you don't feel like it from loss of enthusiasm.

A concentrated effort to get out of your present situation will eventually get you out of that situation.

I didn't see major problems in any of your charts. But, some of the longer lasting transits may be causing a problem. Can you give me more specific dates, so I can look that way?
Also, I know that IT has been very hard to get into during the last several years...more candidates than positions. I know people who are having the same problem after 5-6 years of trying to get an IT position.
Another possibility is someone not giving you a good reference. I'll check that when you give me dates (above), but you might change the people on the "reference" sections of your applications, just in case someone is black-balling you.
