Cancellation of all other Raj Yogas inHoroscope

Is is true if you have a debilitated sun in horoscope then all the other raj yogas gets cancelled?

Not automatically! Without first examining what role sun plays in a specific chart. Just as starting point, sun can represent 32 or more variable plus a few fixed roles in any chart! Jumping on what appears an obvious 'movement in the bush' would be at the very least fool-hardy!

Sun is the 1st house lord and placed in 3rd house with mercury in libra...and the first house is Leo sign...the rajyoga is in 4th house by Mars named ruchaka yoga...In 2nd house planets are ven, sat, and jup.. in 5th house moon is placed and 6th and 12th house ketu and rahu respectively..I apologize if i present very amatuer question. Your question (any question!) is not amateur! But question must be associated with full birth-data. Why? Because a cautious astrologer learns with experience that that way, the board is laid out before the examining eyes (and mind) and guesswork is not involved. Also, different astrologers use their favourite parameters re ayanamsha and 'derived' charts and tables for which it is best to start at scratch which obviously is the full and accurate birthdata and for a fuller reading-analysis, that is the minimum requirement! :-)

Full and accurate because just like in computers, in astrology too the mighty GiGo rule applies in full measure!
