Few Insight about my life career and future

Hi Everyone thank  you in advance of such a valuable work.... well my life had changed with so many ups and down at this moment it only downward spiral  in regard to money, health and career, love life noting  seems to be working since 2009 i dont know why i have tried several things form being too spiritual and god fearing most of remedies  who so ever told me i did .... but nothing  yet still suffering
if  someone can give me insight and give me direction again will be appreciated and also my furute what it looks like
