Hi!

What is Vedic astrology?? I am a huge astrology fanatic, and this is the first time I have ever heard of Vedic astrology. I find out about something new every day!

In a few words, a system of astrology practiced in India, presumably for thousands of years, originating way before the first written word got ummm written! Carried from generation to generation through the spoken word, the oral tradition as it is called. The thought structure is fairly complex and I find it difficult to believe that those minds were not capable of writing! Perhaps secrecy prompted them to keep the knowledge as word of mouth! But those were simpler times without paranoia! It is a mystery!
