Strange twists in life.........

The naive with particulars as below is totally disillusioned ! She gave up a lucrative career to pursue spiritual interests. 6 years down the line she is without work, with little support system, with a strong urge to come back to mainstream world but finding it very very difficult to break free. Pls advise what near future holds for her & also how she would be financially?
