I have been married for the last 5 years and we are not yet blessed with the baby.

I am responding only to your career query:

Regarding profession= Its about time you concentrate in becoming skilled in some, rather some field in your profession.

A pretty big change in your life is in the offing between Nov 2013 -April 2014 - Nov 2014; which may entail a change in residential environment post Aug 2014.

Post mid Feb 2014 may have some respite regarding job related matters.
