I find this card very ´female´ and sometimes get it when someone is having ´women´s troubles´ or some upset regarding babies or children. I get it frequently next to the 10 of swords too (a card which makes me think of bad emotional upsets) or maybe it´s just my dubious shuffling technique

guilt or regret often wakes you up in the middle of the night
But do not fear it means you have a consciounce and you feel
But you will wake up and put those feelings foremost to become happy again
