MB Purple Star Astrology (DETAILS ABOUT STAR - EMPTY)

hi, i'm new in using this software. when i clicked on a palace, there is a star in the palace but the details about star is empty, any idea why?

please help. thanks

Send me the picture of the Astrology Chart. I can tell you something. If you like you can private message me. I have not seen this freeware but I think the stars there might be Chinese pinyins so it is easy to translate the names into Vietnamese.
