Subliminal Software Question

1. Centre of screen or random?

2. Flash rate?

3. Font Size?

Or does it matter?

Hello.

This is a nice idea. However, how do I make the subliminal messages conform to one type?

I ve tried setting for Stop Procrastination (a real bugbear) but the messages for that are not coming.

It flashes so fast I dont see how I can be reading it. I can barely even see it flash on the screen. How's the brain suppose to register it if you cant read it?

Take a close look at the word "subliminal", Graciela. Its not important that you read it, but it is important that the brain register it.

Im sure there are many things during the day you re not conscious of being aware of but with prompting they re accessible.

Thats how subliminal signals work.

yes. Your conscious does not register the typing, but your subconscious does, and that is what counts. You will start do the changes without realizing it. It is a great self improvement tool.

Tony, you have to stop the subliminal messages, and start them back up for all the updates to take place. If you do not, then it will continue on the way it was before, (it will not bring up "stop procrastinating")
