Downloading new runes from site

Downloading new runes from site

I am having a bit of a problem.  Whenever I download runes or tarot cards, it always comes up as a mts file and nothing I have opens them.  It's obviously something that I am doing wrong as I don't see anyone else writing about it in the forum.  I try to open them using winzip and it goes through the motions but then pops up as the mts file and then nothing works to open them.
Please, oh please help.

you have to download runes or tarot software and import the files from there...

www.runessoftware.com
www.tarotsoftware.org

the respective runes or tarot .mts files can only be read by the above softwares.

Although it is to do with downloading Runes, I thought as it is a software thing this might be suited better for the Tech forum.  If not send it back and I will think of something here.
