Dear Swetha,

I downloaded the new version today, but sad to say it still gives the wrong nakshatras. I live in Sweden and the longitudes and latidudes I enter are 18E03 and 59N20. However, no matter what dates I enter, the nakshatras are all the time wrong.

Does this program really work all right when you use it?

It´s a pity because otherwise it´s a nice program.

Hi!

The inputs are, for example, longitude 18E03 and latitude 59N20, city of Stockholm in Sweden, birth date: April 11, 1946. These inputs give me the nakshatra Punarvasu, which is wrong, since it should be Ashlesha.

Yes, of course. My time of birth is 04:20 (4.20 AM).

since you live in Sweden ...you use the date formate day, month, year.(your PC is put up to use it this way)...the program use the US format month,day,year....you have to change your settings in the control panel (international settings)on your PC when you want to use this program..(this way the PC understand to use the date format according to the program)...at least I think this is the reason for your error report

I know I am right...I have the same problem

When you put in 4 of october....the pc believe you put in 10 of april...and the program will use this date to figure out your Reading....just remember to put the settings back if you use a program that depend on the date format dd.mm.yy
