It might be due to your operating system....please stated which you use....and also what kind of date system you have.

I believe most of the software here need the date format : MMDDYY.....I myself has DDMMYY and then I get such errors....or wrong info if my birthday is below 12. (taken as month)

If this is the case you can change date format in Control panel.
