error problem with a software I downloaded

I downloaded the psychic test software but when I click the continue button it comes up with an error that says..
runtime error "339"    
component mscomctl.ocx' or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid....
Can anyone help me with this? Tahnk You and Happy Holidays Susan

You can download the file from here, and it should be places in the C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder, thats where mine is.

But that is if you aer using windows XP, I don't have vista, so I'm unable to help with the location for that operating system.
