iam signing in after a long time... but with this stupid depression shit going on in my life... i just cant get nothing right... i am sorry. i really want to continue but now i feel lost and have very little energy for anything at all.

Glad to hear that you are all sweating in your part of the world....here it is freezing!!!!

Abhishek, I too have suffered from depression so I know how you must be feeling at this moment in time, rest assured that things will improve for you

Don't give up on yourself, and remember there are people around you that can help

I too have not been able to concentrate much this past week as my 19yr old daughter is suffering from emotional termoil and I have been trying to help her in anyway I can.
