Great to see so many new faces wanting to join, as George says,

The rider waite deck ( or a similar one like the Universal Waite, Radiant Wait, Gilded etc)  is the best one to start with, it has good clear pictures on all cards and they have a simplistic order that is easy to follow, from there you can branch out and learn any deck :)

Look forward to reading all your posts.

Yep.... Don't keep a journal? Just use your cards, go through them with our lessons and you should have no need of others things :)

Follow the Wap Map http://mysticboard.org/vi ... hp?t=29397   and yell if you have any worries :)

Gem, Just a note to let you know how fun you make things for beginners and others too. Thanks again for your online help in all things Tarot. I'm somewhat disabled and am unable to do alot of the things I used to enjoy, Tarot is something I still can enjoy.SW

Hi Sweet Jeeter,

Thank-you so much for your kind words :) I'm very sorry to hear of your disabilities, but so glad you are still enjoying the Tarot. The Golden Tarot is a beautiful deck so lovely to look at :)

Hi, am I too late?

Post by Celtic dreamer » Sun Jun 24, 2007 2:11 pm

I been teching my self tarot, but I think I need a little guidance. Am I too late to join in the class?
I have a Sharman-Casselli deck, and a gilded tarot deck on it's way (I just fell in love with this deck).

I would like to join the group to Learn the Tarot

Post by Cearea » Sun Jun 24, 2007 2:59 pm

Dear Gem,
I would like to enroll in your class. If you could, please remind me a day or so before when the class will be held. My husband just died a month ago and I don't recall dates and things very well right now.
BB,
Cearea
