hi, I would like to sign up too.  I do not have the Rider Waite deck.  I just got this deck free from a Tarot starter class.  I find it a challenge to interpret so I would like to enroll in the class :)

btw, the deck's name is El Gran Tarot Esoterico (don't know what it means)

thanks

You need to start by finding the Way Map and then work through the lessons in order :)

That is a Spanish deck so if you follow the cards in order youwon't have a problem as the pictures are similar to the Rider Waite :)

Welcome.

I would like to join your classes. I am learning in a nightclass at the moment but really want to learn as much as I can and I was recommended this forum. I have a Rider-Waite deck.

Best

Giddy

I would love to be a part of this!

I have a rarely used RW deck, I've been carrying around for years.
My preferred Deck is Carol Bridges'  Medicine Woman Deck, however,
I love the history of the RW deck and would love to delve into it more deeply.

Bright Blessings,

Lila

The first card exercise is The Fool yep, but there are lessons to read first, all linked in the Way Map. http://mysticboard.org/vi ... hp?t=33763

Hopefully that is self explanatary :)

Hi Lila, you can use both :) Learning the Rider Waite makes it very easy to understand a lot of decks, and the main difference will be the Native American Titles that are given to the Medicine Woman deck, so try both and that way you will understand more of what the Medicine Woman creator and designer was trying to portray :)

Is it too late for me to join this class?  I'm reading through some basics about "personalizing" your deck, and am buying a Radiant RW deck.  In the near future I'm thinking of buying Crystal Ally cards..  Will Tarot classes help with that somewhat as well?

Hi :) Learning more about crystals will help with the Crystal Ally cards, we could perhaps even do a course on them sometime?

Take your time and work through the course, is it a self-study course, all the information is posted online you just have to read and then post :)
