Hi Libbie and iriseyes, welcome and have fun Which decks are you both using?

As stated above my deck is known as "the starter" deck.  The pictures are not that great but do like them.  They have the regular meanings and the reversals on them.  I have been working with them one on one and threw lessons.

The box just says starter tarot deck the leaflet states that George Bennett is the artist.  Here is the ISBN number so that you can see what deck this is.  It is made by the U.S. Games Systems, INC Stamford, CT 06902 USA  ISBN: 0-88079-357-0.  So yes we might be on the same page.  I will only use this deck to learn from then bridge over to more exquisite decks.

i have dabbled with the tarot for a couple of months, but only using the book that came with the cards.

it is very vague, and i would love to learn more indepth

I'm not quite sure if this class is still active because I'm not seeing many 2008 posts, but I'm going to assume that it is OK for me to just sign up and jump in.  Hopefully I'll get to know some of you that are still posting.

the class is 100% active so just jump  right in. the class works at its own individual pace so go as fast or slow as you wish.  sometime you will get a response to a lesson sometime you wont but rest a sure that Gem is reading them to keep students on track.  i even try to read all the new post myself even though i just a student myself..  
btw Gem is our instructor!
