I decided to try these two cards together to see if this created an easier way to see the differences and the likenesses.

Does make for an interesting comparison doesn't it? Perhaps the rugged barren male and the lush fertile female? Many show the Empress to be pregnant, some show a hidden belly, which adds a more rounded and motherly quality too.spike wrote:I've never studied them side by side before, I found it interesting. The obvious difference is the background, where hers seems lush, his seems rugged and baren
