hugs, anyone?

Post by deva » Sun Jul 08, 2007 10:45 pm

I could use a hug myself.

Not been feeling all that well for a couple of weeks now. The doctor said my blood pressure was up and sent me for some tests. Will know the results within the week.

Wish me luck...

Hugs and happy thoughts to you.

High blood pressure is a real problem, but your dr should be able to suggest some good ways of reducing it naturally like garlic capsules, change in your diet, more oats, less fatty food and cut down on coffee and no alcohol.
