a little exercise to release the tension.
Breath in deeply and hold your breath as long as you can.
Think of all the incidents that looked negative to you.
Along with them breath out into an imaginary bag made of golden light.
Bath yourself with pure white light.
and give yourself a bright smile.
As for the bag open it when you feel all the negativity has turned into positivity and release it into the air.
