I need some positive energy to break a cycle.

Hi gang
Im in need of some positive energy flow as i tackle the next 12 months.
This year is crunch time for me as i try to change my path for a better one.
and win over what i can see is coming.

The energy is there for you.  I am also sending you energy. Know there is an abundance of the energy for you so you are never in need, it's always there.
There is a never ending supply of positive energy for you.  I know it is flowing to you consistently.

I forget that sometimes and ask for energy.  I'm always so grateful for that energy from people.  I'm also grateful to the Universal source that the energy is always there for me, even when I have closed down to it.
The neat thing is having people around to help me remember to open up and let the energy in.
Keep asking so you can keep remembering that all the energy you need is there for you always.

I find that it helps to have a list of affirmations to read every morning before I start my day. I alsohang them up in various places around work and home. Just a glimpse keeps me in theright frame of mind.

Also, whenever you have a negative thought, Jack Canfield (chicken soup fo rthe sould guy) recommends saying 'cancel. cancel' Then replace it with something positive.
