I am old and it still does it to me. I just "choose" to not let it bother me. many life lessons and years of learning.

Think to yourself, why is this bothering me so much? I wouldn't be manager if I weren't quallified!!!!
Just because they don't want to listen to me now( I don't know the circumstances), how did this really affect me?
Did it affect the customers? Will they be back or not?

You have no controll over the customers( again I don't know the circumstance). You have no controll over how poeple choose to act. You only have controll of yourself.

Follow your intuitions, and you will do the right thing. Don't let "exterior" influences make you doubt yourself.

You know what I mean. If you want to debate me --go ahead--- I will send Nyte after you. LOL

Well, I have some suggestions that hopefully could make your days better.

- Have a positive thinking, (ex: always solve problem with a smile and a deep breath). I myself have used affirmation words and it works somehow.

- From Sun Tzu, "In order to win the war, you have to know the enemies and  know yourself". There are many ways to tame a lion, and it's up to you how to use your talent and inner strength to do it.

If you have achieved the manager position, I am sure you are qualified for it. All you need is just to fit yourself in the company and get the job's done. Good luck  :smt020
