Hi, Debbie,
It sounds as if you feel that you don't have control over much of your life, and that some of the people you love aren't responding to your needs and your desire to take care of them. And it must be worrisome to have your daughter rely on medication. It's scary to feel that the things you do, say, and feel don't seem to have the desired effect on others.
Are there some things in your life you feel that you DO have control over, and that you can have a positive effect on? For me, taking good care of myself (getting some exercise--when I can get myself off my butt and away from the computer!--eating well, trying to learn something new), maybe doing something to make my house look nicer, and trying to do things to make others happy makes me feel happier, stronger, and more able to deal with the things I have less control over (husband, finances, etc.--believe me, I can relate to some of what you mentioned!).
If you haven't already, you may want to read this thread--I think you'll benefit from what some people suggest:

I'm sending you good wishes for things to get better--I'm sure they will. Feel free to write again!

Also, a resource!! www.emofree.com
It is something you can do and learn for free. You can do it on you, and your family.
But for now, do it on you to regain your sunshine!!
