I was bathing the dog on Sunday and I did something to my back.Noone seems to understand quite how much pain Im in.Im off to the docs in the morning,thats how bad it is,I don't like going to the doctors,especially at 8.30 am,but the pain gel only works for a few hours,so I need it checked out.So,please,can I have a hug?

Yes...you can have a biiiiiigggg Grandpa hug!!

I have had problems with my back for ages, and I know it is no fun at all.

It might have been a slice in your back that has come out of place, and if so the best way to fix it is by Chiropractor.

You might also try to find a place where you can "hang by your hands", this way your body get a stretch, so that your back might snap into place again...or do cat exercise.

I hope you will fix it soon....our back is what keeps us ups....so it is no wonder it hurt when not in place!
